By installing and using Monir Newsroom (the "Plugin"), you agree to these terms. LICENSE The Plugin is licensed under GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPL-2.0+). You may use, modify, and redistribute the Plugin code consistent with the GPL. PRO PLAN LICENSE Pro plan licenses grant the right to use Pro features on a specified number of sites: - Solo Plan: 1 production site - Pro Plan: up to 5 production sites - Developer Plan: up to 11 production sites (including unlimited staging sites) Pro licenses are annual subscriptions and renew automatically unless cancelled. ACCEPTABLE USE You may not use the Plugin to: - Generate content that violates copyright or defamation laws - Create misleading news content intended to deceive readers - Generate content involving real people in ways that would harm their reputation - Scrape paywalled or login-protected content (the Plugin only reads publicly available RSS feeds and news APIs) - Bypass the built-in Fact-Checker or AI disclosure requirements CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY You are solely responsible for content produced through the Plugin. The Plugin assists in creating drafts; you control what gets published. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors despite fact-checking — you are responsible for reviewing every draft before publishing. AI PROVIDER COSTS You connect your own AI provider API key and pay your AI provider directly for API usage. Monir Tech Solutions does not bill you for API consumption. NO WARRANTY The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about article quality, fact-check accuracy, or commercial fitness. Use at your own risk and editorial judgment. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Monir Tech Solutions's total liability for any claim related to the Plugin is limited to the amount you paid for your Pro license in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $0 for Free plan users. REFUND POLICY Pro plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests after 14 days are considered case-by-case. TERMINATION We may terminate Pro licenses for violation of these terms. Plugin code remains usable under the GPL even after license termination, but Pro features will deactivate. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email to Pro subscribers and notice on this page.
